I would also want to do this!
Thanks Vincent!
Did you uninstall that server before the move? If you didn't I don't know how to remove it from the dashboard
wget --no-check-certificate -N https://api.nixstats.com/uninstall.sh && bash uninstall.sh
After running the command line code go to the Dashboard and remove the server to remove the data.
It'll eventually stop reporting and give you an option to remove server. Just leave it, install the new one and eventually you'll see a 'remove server' option on the dashboard for that old box.
No I forgot that.
I guess that's the only option, thanks Mike.
Yeah, it'll look like this. I think it takes a day or two to show up.
@vfuse
Was reported a while ago in User Report, found out a couple of months ago when I tried to remove servers that you need to wait for it to stop responding. After around 2 days you will see the option to remove the server as @mikeyur showed.
Or as @namhuy suggested, run the uninstall script.
It's already in the UserReport queue at NixStats.
Any idea how to remove the python version of their agent?
I tried asking via the email they provide and via the chat where their support claims they are online yet never received any answer.
Thanks for mentioning Nixstats mate Didnt know about them and the monitoring seems simple and awesome So far I've used netstat but Nixstats is also nice^^
The uninstall command is displayed on the server overview page.
The command is:
wget --no-check-certificate -N https://api.nixstats.com/uninstall.sh && bash uninstall.sh
Sorry I haven't been able to reply to all requests lately. I'll try to do so tomorrow.
Any idea on the expected price once out of beta?
If you need some help ping me mate i can help
Thanks, I saw that, I just didn't realize there is only one uninstall method for both installation methods. I had added some servers "normally" and some via the python agent to see the difference.
This should work for both types
Pricing will be around $1-$3 per server per month.
No problem for now, thanks tho!
