It's weekend
Redacted.
Do you have some downtime or any problems
OR
Sales ticket (if sales it will be a week before it get answered)
I know I shouldn't feed you but why the nasty comment
Because you can't even wait for the weekend being over and expect that they'll offer even weekend support for your 1€ service with them.
That pisses off everyone here, expect the world for barely nothing, but sadly that became standard. If you would have used the search function, you'd have found a thread about them with all details you need, so no need for another "$provider IS SCAM, NO REPLY IN 48H !!11!11!1" thread.
And besides that, it's usual for many companies (at least in EU) to don't offer any support on weekends.
But sure, if you're not used to standard working times and get a free car wash every time you fuel your car in your country, just ignore me.*
*may not the best example
Don't want to take anyone's side but the OP didn't specify what services he has with them. Relax people...
There is an old saying "Contempt before Investigation" You know my business so well
No no problems we have a customer that we might put on their London cloud and I asked them some questions on Friday didn't know they don't work W/E
Working hours: I-V 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. (GMT +2)
I can't speak for them as i have never used them. But most companies I know sales offices are closed on weekends for companies that have a dedicated sales staff.
So if its a sales question i could see it taking some time to get answers. But if its support it should be answered like any other day.
