Hello ,

i have a client who have money only in paysafecard . How hi can transfere the balance of paysafecard to paypal or BTC ?

please post the less fees to do this.

    The most lees you usually get with paysafecard direct and that's still about 10%.

    You could use VirWoX to exchange PaySafeCard to Bitcoin indirectly, but expect to pay around 20-35% fees. Alternatively you could also have a Neteller account and deposit money into it from PaySafeCard for just a 7% fee. You can link the virtual credit card (Neteller) to your PayPal account and use the money from there.
