Is it just me or everyone else at their la location ? Their solus panel appears to be down too. @Zeniva

    This should be resolved, a email has went out to all the affected clients.

    How bizarre I didn't notice that until now, it was the default clip included with the template. I've went ahead and got something else from videohive after searching around on there.

    Quick question, why do I need to open a ticket when you've acknowledged it was your issue.

    I also created a ticket, however I was never told any of this. I just give a short response "this should be fixed now"...
