10TB of BW, I doubt you will find that on LEB price.
Looks like the coming offers are about 3cents/GB so upto $5-6 should be a very competitive price,

@dedicados as an example for a little bit less ram we charge $3.50. For higher bandwidth and more ram you could charge more than that.

It depends on the usage, if backup only, a ftp will probably do, if you wish to mount that space somehow, more bw would be welcome.
5x is decent, 10x is very good. 100x is somewhat exagerated if you do not mount the space and use it for live storage.
