Depends on the network, we have i7s and similar, or somewhat older xeons.
The port speed is shared equally on all the clients on the same node.
You get access to the core specified in the plan usually, if there is no core specified then you get full fair share access to the cores. If abused continuously, limited down to 1.
We currently only accept paypal.
