Not for SQL 2005.
SQL 2005 went out of mainstream support in 2011 and will go out of extended support and be completely unsupported in April of 2016.
Oh, my bad. Somehow didn't notice that we are talking of such an old version...
Check out Azure SQL its not bad if you need SQL Server in the Cloud. It's cheap at the lower end but quickly becomes very expensive when you want to scale.
