Lazy way to do it is create either type of VPN, ensure server and client have a fixed ip then do a standard gre tunnel using the VPN ips...
You want to tunnel ipv6 over ipv4 or ipv4 over ipv6?

I think he want to terminate his IPv6 connections from his home with his VPS, like this thread (wait, same OP?!) and this. I could be wrong though.

You could try it out with OpenVPN probably, only I wouldn't know how to.
I have a he.net IPv6 tunnel.
you should add nat for IPV4.
I use my kimsufi to have IPv6 at home via openvpn. It helps if you have a /64 rather than some randomly added manual addresses. You need to fiddle a bit with neighbour discovery, like enable proxy_ndp, but there is a ton of tutorials.
