@FRCore WHMCS has that built in.
I'm very well aware of that. Had you read and comprehended my post, you would have noticed I said city level. Something that WHMCS does not do out of the box. WHMCS only does Country or State level out of the box.

No, but cities that are homes to Datacenters are looking at them for Revenue. Texas is a hopeless hell hole as well, especially any datacenter in Dallas County.
