I think we're getting them in today but the offer might expire before that as we're posting another offer. The next offer does have OVZ available at similar rates though.
We've had emergency downtime once last month. We posted network issue, credited those who asked. The server needed a motherboard swap. I'm sorry but hardware issues do occur sometimes but we handled it the best we could. Could you please provide more information on it being down "often" though and it being slow? If you're experience unreported downtime or other issues I want to make sure we resolve them.
I'm assuming you're the one guy that made a ticket asking for a refund outside refund period and then threatening to leave bad reviews everywhere without providing more information on the issue you were allegedly facing? But correct me if I'm wrong.
