Im looking for lowendbox with spec as below:
1. kvm vps with 256 MB
2. lowest hop to netflix, hulu
3. great speed if access from Indonesia.
4. pptp, l2tp and openvpn enabled

then, i think OVZ enough to setup vpn, why you need KVM?
I'm from Bandung, and the best one is Stylexnetworks.
But, You can also try :
All of them supporting Tun/Tap and PPTP if that's the reason you want KVM
Thank you for your recomendation, I'll try to search it and compare between of them.
My guess would be for an ipsec vpn so it works with iOS devices.
Ipsec on IOS only works with cisco ipsec, pls correct me if I'm wrong.
On the ios, you cab use pptp and l2tp, if the vpn server running on linux

Finally i got vps from zachfedora (budgetno.de).
I got only 16 hops to reach it from Indonesia, so the result is I can watch hulu / netflix without any lag on my 2 mbps bandwidth speed.

I got 20 usd/yearly. It's very attracting price.
Today, budgetno.de has given a refund to me, and my vps can not be remoted. I did not know they reason.
