I purchased OVZ-1 plan for 1 year yesterday , my vps is unavailable when I received it and I can't boot it on the vps control panel . What should I do?

As you can confirm it has been solved via support ticket.
The IP was null-routed due abuses related to the previous customer reason for which it was unreachable.

The null-route has been removed, meanwhile we changed the main IP and the VPS is working properly now.
