Is there anything like a mailgateway we can use or can you set a rate limit or something? Doesn't sound like a great solution to just block it.

    Thanked by 1bersy
  • We are already working on a mailgateway which should be available in at least two weeks (we may be able to provide "beta" access within the next few days).

For the meantime, we would recommend to use SendGrid as they offer a 12.000 mails / month free plan.

Just some background info for you guys:

As we had some problems with Spam in the last few days we choose to block Port 25 completely. While existing customers, of course, are still able able to send out emails directly until we start our own mailgateway (+ some time to update their configuration), new customers will face this port-block directly.

  • @OnSebastian, possible to get more then 1 IPv6? How much are extra IPv4 IPs?

Basically, you can get as many IPv6 addresses as you want. We just cannot assign full subnets currently.

Sent you an info about IPv4 via PM.
