[hetzner] anybody can resell me a hetzner EX-40?
I tried to buy a hetzner. but they want an international passport, and I've never gone abroad.
I want to know if somebody can resell a Hetzner EX-40 to me, with dedicated account, so i bypass that international passport thingy.
I will be willing to pay $50 one-time fee, then I will renew it myself.

No one is going to risk selling you an account registered with legit documents for 50 bucks.
If you really want a server that bad, you can just send your drivers license and a utility bill.
All Hetzner needs your passport for, is to verify your identity. So, sending those 2 documents will work just as well as a passport.

Your National ID must not be in English. So, that could be the reason Hetzner is insisting on a valid passport instead.
If you're dead set on buying a hetzner server, I think your best bet would be finding someone to buy the server for you, who you can pay on a monthly basis.
It is highly unlikely that someone will just sell you a registered and verified account for 50 bucks, and assume all legal responsibility for any server(s) that you buy in the future.
As for that little gem, such is life.

But it often costs 30 days in China.
When they asked for my passport I said I didn't have one either... I am just 18 and I haven't been abroad before.
I sent him my own photo, with my ID card handled in my hand and they accepted me...
