How citrix xen server and vmware admin provide client interface to show bw,ram usage,server info etc

Can you please tell me how citrix xen server or vmware virtualization software provide/show solus vm like interface for showing bw usage,ram usage,os reinstall,restart vps and extra feature like solus vm ?
is there any panel available for this virtualization software for auto deployment?

vCenter for vmware, Xenserver has its own.
Openstack integrates with both as well.
Be advised that none of the technologies mentioned are free and will, most likely, eat up all of your margins unless you're doing it on a very large scale.
xenserver not so high price compare to vmware vcenter.

Both Citrix and VMWare have limited but free versions of their server virtualization software.
Free vmware does not include vcenter.
Not in earlier versions, not sure of the latest 5.x version
