Requirements:

256 mb Ram
10 gb hdd
Network: 100 mbps/250 gb monthy transfer
Localization: Germany or Austria

Yes, just use a port the provider gave you.

UltaVPS is for minmum 6 months and i can't try it.

Why do you need to test it? It should just work, right?

EDIS is still the cheapest and also nearly best option for Austria (traffic quality is good, KVMs are rather stable, OVZ... eh), in Germany also not bad.
