You're not meeting the criteria with the following, therefore it's against the rules, I'd therefore edit your original post.

Location USA PA First month $7, after $9.99 Promo

Went through to the billing portal and it does appear to be recurring.

It does for me, $7 per month.

    Subtotal $9.99 USD
$2.99 USD Recurring Discount $2.99 USD
    Total Due Today $7.00 USD
    Total Recurring - $7.00 USD
    Monthly

    Mind:

You are not allowed to run:

Scripts to push network up to 100% of usage for more than a period of 4 hours, if you push network constant to 100% your connection will be limited to 10Mb/s or less.

EDIT: Hmm. Only in business since July? And offering these kind of specs for $7/mo? Buyer beware...

@racksx, thanks for the offer. So just want to confirm:

    1. $7 for the first month, how about recurring price?
    2. Do you offer Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit?
    3. It seems the configuration profile, location are not mentioned in the purchase web page.

I will mention that I tried to do business with this group before and this same guy 'Costin' was in charge. I tried through several weeks of issues to keep the server, then they eventually told me their server was broken and they could no longer offer services. Then they just cut off communications and disappeared. To be honest I am surprised they have come back to LET to try this again and I would humbly suggest you look for a better provider before using/considering this group. I think several others had a similar experience if you search.

I highly doubt this groups ability to run a sustainable business in this market.

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!
