I looked around at places like VULTR and digital ocean but none seem to have a template available for Pydio?
Using Vultr as low as $2.50 a month

Pydio is crazy easy to install. They have repositories for it. Do this on Ubuntu 14.04:
apt-get update && apt-get -y upgrade
echo "deb http://dl.ajaxplorer.info/repos/apt stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
echo "deb-src http://dl.ajaxplorer.info/repos/apt stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list
wget -O - http://dl.ajaxplorer.info/repos/[email protected] | sudo apt-key add -
apt-get install pydio -y
cp /usr/share/doc/pydio/apache2.sample.conf /etc/apache2/sites-available/pydio.conf
service apache2 restart
Then visit http://[IP]/pydio
