Frankly speaking, none. As have been discussed before, the best connection in the west to SEA is in the west-coast US. None of the European country will provide low latency to SEA.
You could have listed which locations they have, for those of us unfamiliar with their services.

Of these for Asia you could try FR, DE or UK.
France because the cables from Singapore land in Marseille, UK because some other cables (mostly India) go there; and Germany simply because it's a good networking location all around, with major well-connected IXes.
For East Asia visitors I would recommend

I'm in india i use arubacloud DE,FR locations they both use SEA-ME-WE cables mostly so
they have direct connectivity to most SEA countries
Last time I checked none of them are Arubacloud.

Currently I use FR location, but still it is not fast as I expected.
There is no HK location on arubacloud.
Might not possible for them to launch a HK location in short term.
However if you are hosting sites on the VPS, use cloudflare or any other CDN plans to enhance it, that would help.
