    I thought we discussed about the fully managed part last time he posted an offer. By the way, if you have a list of what you can do, it won't be full managed. Semi managed at the best.

    I see. However, many fully managed service providers have a list of the common things they can do as an illustration for the service.

    We also mentioned in our page that customers can add more tasks to this list for free and in some cases only the task can be for a "fee". In other words, if the task is too complicated or not to related to any common management service, this will be for a fee.
