Operating Systems with an asterisk (*) next to them indicate a license is required through Mean Servers. Contact Mean Servers for licensing information.
Operating systems with a caret (^) next to them indicate a Windows VPS compatible plan must be purchased and will not work with an underpowered VPS. A license is also required either through Mean Servers (if Windows) or yourself.

Help me understand this please. Why on earth will your client be responsible because your partner's website IP, or even upstream providers IP is blacklisted? And who will source you this information? Since, all of your client will/may share your partners site/upstream provider, it may be anyone...

There are some forums where people assume they deserve a discount in exchange of a review. DigitalPoint Forums is a great example - "review copies" are popular there.
I had Austin clarify this in the TOS/website earlier. It has to do with IP addresses we assign specifically to you (that we may get from ARIN/Upstreams/Partners), not just a random IP address that is assigned to us. I can see the confusion. Just don't spam and you won't need to worry about this clause ever.
Worse is he sent me a list of providers that used his services in the past. Not sure if they actually did but he claims so.
Internal, it can only be used on our network. All DA licenses are like that when purchasing from a provider. If you get a license a provider claims you can use externally, they are violating DirectAdmin's licensing terms.
