Hey guys,

I got a strange issue with my personal server. I could send any email to gmail,yahoo etc etc. So everything. But some custom domain not working. Its says not exist recipient and then the mail delivery failed return to sender.

Example:

Got yandex email. [email protected] - succesfully delivered

Got yandex custom domain [email protected] mail delivery failed retunt to sender. (same with @gmail and gmail with custom domain name.

So what have to edit in the exim.conf to NEVER check the recipient , to is it extist or not?

Any suggestion? Only problem what i got with directadmin.

  • Take a look at the mail logs and see what error message it's giving?

  • Is the domain also hosted on the directadmin server?

    No error about this.

    Nope the sender hosted on DA , but the recipient hosted on another one.

    So i have to turn off the domain recipient checker. Because the address is exist but the emiail say its not. Interesting.

  • Have you tried to ping custom domains (ones having issues)?
    Are you able to get their IP? Maybe something is wrong with your current DNS servers.
