BlueVM not answering tickets

I sent bluevm a ticket four days ago,but haven't received any reply,mail sent to chris also gets no response,does anyone know what's going on with them?Are they still doing their business?A few months ago I received a email saying they promised to improve their services,but now it seems really disappointing.

BlueVM is not part of ChicagoVPS that is now part of Colocrossing?
Maybe only ChicagoVPS now belongs to Colocrossing,BlueVM still belongs to ChicagoVPS?
Hello. Can you please PM me your ticket ID so I can take a look into this for you and see why your ticket hasnt been answered.
BlueVM was sold to CVPS about 6 months ago iirc, CVPS were sold to CC about a week (or so) ago, give it a few weeks it will probably get better.

Old KVM customers are still using Feathur,and some functions in Feathur are not working properly,will these customers be moved to solusVM in future?

I cant answer that at this time however all new customers at BlueVM are on SolusVM.
