where offer cheap 10Gbps card at private network?

it will be better with cheap storage and IPs.
the budgetvm is ok, but the 10g card is too expensive.
additional $120/month and $350/setup per server.
I just want to build my private cloud with not too expensive servers, but as I know, less company could offer it.

    OVH offers private vrack with 10gbps on their new server line. Starting at 100 euro's per month.
