Cheap Webhosting, quick!
Looking for some cheap webhosting with cPanel for a month for some development work.
Maximum of $2
Disk: 250mb?
Bandwidth: 2GB

Shared IP is acceptable - Must not be on any e-mail blacklists. As there will be e-mail testing performed (maximum of 350 mails in one instance, to clients who are aware of the e-mail being sent)
Tried IPXCore but their cart is broken - throws weird header errors in WHMCS.
Any suggestions?

I wasn't asking for *.nexhost or something. Anyway had already ordered that as I don't think that any will let 10GB space go for $2/yr
