Who are we?
Hello! HostWithLinux is a UK based VPS and webhosting provider, and have been offering services since 2012. We have live chat, ticket and QQ support (2096730936).
Our latest offer is based out of ColoCrossing's Los Angeles location, with the test IP 198.23.130.6, and using tunneled IPv6 from QuickPacket with a test IPv6 of 2607:3f00:11::1 (add +10ms delay over the tunnel). We use enterprise grade HDD's in hardware RAID10 for this plan, with a mix of new and old Xeon's as well as a full duplex 1Gbps connection per node.
By default we block outgoing SMTP on port 25, however this block can be removed with a support ticket and does not effect incoming mail.

Is the disk HDD or SSD-Cached as I see the same ad on WHT but different specs.

Being CC IPs, are they clean? Also, are you willing to make custom smaller plans?
All our IP's are clean, yes. Unfortunately we don't offer any smaller plans monthly, however I'd be more than happy to work something out over PM!
They're clean, and not CC IPs (at least the one I got). The IPv6 tunnel is totally useless though, ~0.5KB/s for an apt-get update & upgrade over IPv6.. I just disabled IPv6 completely.
No smaller plans, pity ..... split sell faster
I'm able to get 30 MB/s from OVH's IPv6 test files, so it should be fine. If you are using Debian 7, please try these mirrors; place the following into /etc/apt/sources.list - or open a support ticket if you are still having issues.

Never seen that bad of a connection to the default debian repos before, and only over v6 since v4 was fine. Odd. Changed to an LA mirror and all is good.
Have another question but will ticket.
Isn't the "default" just a http redirecter? And depends the GEOIP info you might get directed to a bad mirror.
"curl http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/pool/main/ -D -" tells you what mirror it's trying to use, but it changes every time.
