We're providing 10Mbps burst on a shared uplink (that is more than 25x that scale)
And how much of that is dedicated per IP? 1Mbit? There aint space for more than 1Mbit DC in 15EUR.
Correct, it's 1Mbps at 95th, with 10Mbps burst.
We feel it offers a fantastically competitive offering for our Chinese customers.
Aditional BW is 15EUR/Mbit then as well? Not a bad pricing if quality is right, though sounds like a reseller so port congestion at peak needs some testing (direct BW with either carrier is at least 40$/Mbit)
We provide dedicated at €50 per Mbps if required.

ICMP has been opened on the firewalls, should work now for you (and you can use the tools on that page to ping / trace from the network to another location)

1Mbit 95% is included therein
Each Mbit overusage is billed at 50EUR
Not really cheap then, especially the burst.

1Mbps at 95th is the 'guideline' expected minimum. There is no charge for 'overage' just possible contention on the burst. It's provided on a flat fee, 'fair usage' basis.
