Looking For Fully Managed VPS
Looking for fully managed vps, location prefer asia but other is fine. The most important is the very low down time. Spec ? 1GB Ram 30-50GB HDD or maybe 20+SSD. my budget is $35 including cpanel. And last is, helping migration. Thanks. The server will be using for wordpres only.

I think the only way you are going to come close on that budget in Asia is if you buy an unmanaged VPS from a host in Asia such as a host in Softlayer Hong Kong or directly from Vultr Singapore then pay for cPanel management from a 3rd party.
Or better yet of its WP only just take shared hosting if your not comfortable managing it yourself.
