Dell R210 II i3, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD for sale
I put this on a bit too early last time, so here it is for the last time with detailed options. It is colocated in the Host-IT DC in Milton Keynes. It is a Tier 3 (with parts of tier 4) DC.
Options for purchase
1) You keep the co-lo contract with Host-IT and pay the amount of about £35 per month + £25-30 for the server rent to me which totals £60-65 per month in total.
2) You purchase the server from me, and just pay the co-lo contract to Host-IT. In July, when the contract ends, the server would become yours and you would be able to cancel the contract and pull the server from the DC, or carry the contract on.
500GB Bandwidth, 0.5A power, 10Mbit port (upgrade to 100Mbit free), chargable remote hands depending on time, installs via KVM

Incorrect. I own the server, and I am saying if you chose the monthly payment option, when the contract ends in July you'd keep the server.
I can afford the co-lo, just don't have a use for the server. It's perfectly good
