I have been a customer since around May and they are a really good provider for the price range they offer here. My experience with their support has been nothing but pleasant. The dedis come with a gig uplink and it performs well. I'm not sure what you mean by connect but some machines have IPMI while others you have to request a kvm be setup for you. They are definitely worth trying

While I was a customer, was really satisfied with them. Rarely find a provider in their pricing range, that actually works nicely.
