most platforms include mailing features. WHMCS does, but it's crude. wordpress has unlimited plugins for newsletter management. if you know nothing, start there. easy to learn and plenty of google results to help

How often are you sending this? Try something like MailChimp, which includes tracking and statistics about opens, bounces, et cetera.

i use my own mailer system but emails arrived to spam folder

You can pay people who are better informed about such matters. Providing there's intrinsic value to your mailshot, there'll be value in making sure they arrive.

you need to learn why the emails went to spam. do you read the headers? know what SPF is about?
