Looking for free speech-friendly shared hosting

I'm looking for a free speech-friendly web hosting company located in Europe, Asia or South-America. I want to host a message board that will allow adult content and uncensored discussions about controversial topics (basically, 4chan type of uncensored - offensive topics, trolling etc.). I DON'T intend to host any pirated content (warez), so DMCA ignore is irrelevant to my needs. I want a company that forwards all complains that are not received from legal authorities (for example, complaints made by offended people) to the customer, and provides the latter with 24 hours to delete any form of content that is not allowed by the company's TOS before suspending the account.
Most importantly, I want to start with a shared account, so the company has to offer shared hosting plans.
It should also accept PayPal as a payment method.
If your company meets these criteria, please reply to this thread and you might have me as your new customer.

I advise you to go with a provider in the United States, they have some of the strongest free speech laws (outside of copyright) and you'll have plenty of options to choose from (so usually can find good deal that matches your needs). AFAIK 4chan is hosted somewhere in LA.

Yes adult content is illegal in Iceland, but we also offer other locations for example Romania.
Based on the type of content... why don't you host in the US?
That does not guarantee anything, if FBI decides to seize something, good luck litigating, int he end, there will be some animated gif based on a movie or something, so there will be "copyright infringement". You do need protection against such things too.

Jesus! I would suggest you stop jumping to conclusions. I mentioned everything that I had to mention in my original post of this thread. Did you even bother reading it? I clearly mentioned that I don't intend to host any pirated content. Besides being sickening, the child modeling images and videos hosted on 8chan infringe on the copyright of the agencies that produce them (which - according to Twitter - are located in Japan and Russia). I don't intend to host anything illegal. Especially not images and videos. When I say free speech, I mostly refer to highly controversial text-based threads and comments.

Adult content is not illegal in Romania, it may get shutdown for other reasons.
We know exactly where we can host which kind of customer and operate with lawyers on every location to enshure no legal problems for our customers showing up.

1984.is will probably let you host anything. Iceland in general is very anal about freedom of speech, recently I read that the first .is domain that was ever suspended was an islamic state domain
