What's going on with ENetSouth?

The VPS I bought at previous LEB offer is down for more than a day!
I made all the payments and the status of my VPS in client panel is active, but it won't even respond to ping request.
According to Pingdom, its downtime is currently 1day 16hrs.
I submitted a ticket, but it is not replied for more than a day.

Am I the only one experiencing such a scam?
What makes this more interesting is that the server was down as soon as I made payment.
What should I do now?
Should I file a claim to PayPal?

Are there anyone else who is experiencing the same situation?

  • Seriously?

Read through the forums and through there offer on LEB. This has been on-going for ages, looks like you were on one of the last nodes to go down?

Hey, I was on the San Jose OpenVZ and its been offline for about 24hours. Seems I have missed heaps of stuff with enetsouth.
Does any one know if it is likely to come back on? (sent support tickets etc)
Or should I just move on?

I decided to keep my account to see what would happen. The paypal subscription was paid yesterday. I attempted to access my VPS today and it’s not accessible. We’ll see what happens! I’m putting in for a refund at paypal. :-)

You money is blessed by PayPal, but I'm afraid your data is gone.

  • Can we Please close this? It's getting old!

  • They'll just start yet another one...

  • I think everyone knows they're dead by now.

  • @vedran, you're kidding, right? We knew that days ago and folks were still ordering from them.

  • So I shouldn't have just ordered one a few minutes ago...
