What are your bandwidth and disk-space requirements?
First of all, you should be more specific about specs in your request. And is yearly payment OK?

@doverland As I mentioned I will just run a little trade bot via node js. So bandwitdh and disk space won't make much difference. But I'd prefer 1 TB bandwitdh.
@bersy looking for monthly ATM
@bersy evoburst seems to be nice! The "EvoBurst2G" is an actually OpenVZ right?
If you are quick (only 5 remaining), you can get all your requirements:

@Traffic hi, I was actually going to order the service few hours ago. (2 GB RAM - 4$) But then I had dilemma that it is not European. But it is in my list ty!
You're welcome! RunAbove is a great decision for Europe, if you don't mind sending them your passport or ID card.
Have a look at current promotion here http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/56676/1stop-web-budget-e5-3-7ghz-kvms-dedicated-ram-storage-from-1-99-lifetime-discount#latest with good connectivity to EU.
@century1stop it is higher than my budget, ty anyway!
Just curious: if it's for a Steam trading bot, wouldn't you want to be as close possible as the backend servers? (So US, not Europe).
@Nyr well, I honestly don't know much about VPS servers. My website is moreover for European players so I thought it would be better. But if you say so I am open to suggestions!
If what @Nyr says is true (I don't know anything about Steam), your bot should perform better on US-based VPSs. It will send and receive data faster to and from Steam's servers (less latency).
@ylms for a website, it doesn't matter as long as you don't have a game server too. For the trading bot, it does matter a lot, 100 ms of latency are very significant.
The Steam market backend was in the US last I checked
(don't know where exactly)(Seattle, says ChauffeR), so you should strongly prefer a server as close as possible.Oh, and you can't get KVM at those prices, only some cheap OVZ.
