Looking for a cheap vps provider that accepts Iran

Hello.
After contacting a few providers by email separately (and getting rejected) I have decided to just ask here.

I'm looking for a cheap VPS, like 128mb ram, 100gb bandwidth, 10gb storage etc.

Location doesn't matter, but EU is preferable.
The specs isn't important, my first priority is finding a provider that actually provides services to residents of Iran. For some reasons, I don't trust the local businesses here.
Also, due to sanctions I can only pay using bitcoins.
I'm willing to pay upto $3/m or $30/y

Looking forward to get some offers.

    Companies in the UK have sanctions in place with trade to Iran IIRC. Source.

    Basically any legal US-based company and, according to @wych, any legal UK-based company will be on said list.

    It's also worth noting that any provider using cPanel will have their licenses revoked if they host Iran clients/websites regardless which country the provider is in.

    I suspect UrDN would have no issue with it. They're cheap, but not the cheapest.

    If the vps is for blogging etc, I believe it may be possible to use a US service provider. Your mileage may vary, as not many providers will bother to look into whether this is now allowed etc.

    I couldn't find anything on the Department of Treasury's or Department of State's website saying it was OK so better safe than sorry when the government is involved.

    yeah, it is only web hosting allowed (free only?), basically

    According to that PDF a US-based provider can "request OFAC approval" to offer web hosting services to Iran. That's better than what the link I posted said but you still need to request approval.

    If I were you, I would simply not say anything about being from Iran and order from whoever you want.

    Alternatively, vStoike has good offers within your price range and they are based in Russia.

    Finally, I can give you a little OVZ box in Europe for free, long term. PM me if interested.

    EU sanctions are limited to financial services, energy sectors and technologies and includes a ban on the provision of insurance and reinsurance by EU insurers to the State of Iran and Iranian owned companies.
    The EU is Iran's largest trading partner, accounting for a third of all Iranian exports.

    Thank you all for your participating and offering in this thread.
    I have already found my provider and made a purchase.

    regarding the sanctions, I must say. A lot of people already use most sanctioned products and services from reputable Datacenters like ovh, leaseweb etc. fake ID is cheap nowadays
    I was looking for something legit and longterm, and looks like i found it.

    I would not do that... considering you are US based and he is in Iran there is not really any legal way he can pay you (if you are even legally allowed to provide services to Iran, which is currently very unclear)

    Well, most companies run either in Canada, the USA, or Europe. Unfortunately, Canada, Europe and the USA have sanctions against Iran... so, even Bitcoin would be illegal because it is a transaction. Illegal, but Bitcoin is highly unregulated, so some providers ignore it.
