Does anyone have a dedi with AvanteHosting?

Hi there,
We have had some bad VPS reviews from Avante recently, but you seriously can't compare some REALLY low end VPS with a dedi.
So he offered me this dedi: http://manage.avantehosting.net/index.php?/cart/&do=2
The specs look good:
- 1Gbps netlink (shared or at least nor garanteed I guess?)
- 5TB bandwidth (not much, might be able to get more if it actually is being used)
- Xeon E3-1230
- 32GB RAM
- 2x 120GB SSD
- /28 ipv4
All that for $110, which is with a few dollars off the same price as OVH's 2013 SP 32G SSD.
Pros: (vs OVH)
- It is however located in Dallas, which is better than OVH's Canada location (right? please tell me if not)
- Some extra IPs can be handy
Cons: (vs OVH)
- There is no uptime proof like pingdom available
- Just 5TB, planning on Minecraft servers
- $30 setup fee
- NO native ipv6
- What if somebody abuses the network, will my files be deleted without pardon?
Is it worth paying $30 one-time more for the same server in Dallas, Texas on 1Gbps with just 5TB bandwidth, no ipv6 and being under management of a 17 year old talented businessman? (Chris)

Will probably go with server4you, I want to host Minecraft and I remember them as no option because they don't allow more than like 4 IP's but for Minecraft hosting that is not a problem
What are you looking to use this service for? If you are planning to put customers it do not go with server4you

I am actually, Minecraft customers, what is wrong about them?
Their support in the US is not very good and the network leaves a lot to be desired. I know it may be hard to trust me on this, but as a very large Minecraft host I am passing on some friendly advice
You also want the fastest cores you can get.
And E3 CPU will perform much better than those AMD ones when used for Minecraft.
