As far as I can see 1 additional CPU core have been added since your previous offer, so can I deploy two instances under this offer?
That is correct, people with the past offer have been upgraded, by standard you would not be able to create more than one VM.
However if you open a ticket after ordering we can enable the feature on your account to create two VM's.
