Not really. And at least the service is offered by a company which can be trusted (to an extent), something which isn't the case for most of the "VPN providers".
Anyway, much better to simply get a cheap VPS with any provider you want and set up OpenVPN there.

yeah lifetime is crazy, It's really hard to believe!
Good for me. I have only 4/1Mbps connection and I can get maximum speed at most of the locations, around 500KB/s.
