I searched and a lot of results said that adsoptimal guys are very good blabla...alternative of google adsense....It's a service that promises to increase RPM on mobile websites - by at least 100%, according to them. The way it works is a responsive mobile ad loads at the top of the page before the site content.
But after I signed up I saw that they have referral program, you will "Earn 10% commissions from your referrals". So maybe all the reviews on the internet can be fake 
After Sign up they will bonus you $15 ($10 + $5) No need ref link or any action
So just come here to ask any real exp with these guys? Can you share your review about these guys.

no they will auto give you $15 when sign up. No need ref link. I just want to try their ref program. I will remove my ref link if you feel annoying
PS: I just ask for exp, I'm now happy with google adsense.
