Need a Windows Capable VPS to Run Bluestacks

Hi all,

I am currently developing an android app and I need a Windows VPS with the following specs to use as a test platform/remote desktop.

CPU: 2 Cores

RAM: 2GB Minimum

Disk Space: Just enough to install Windows and Bluestacks (www.bluestacks.com)
SSD Preferred.

Bandwidth: Will only use this as Remote Desktop for testing purposes so 100GB or less will be fine.

Location: US or EU. But any location will be fine as well.

Windows License: Included or "Bring My Own" as I have a genuine retail license for Windows 7.

Any provider that can offer a custom plan, kindly post/pm your offers as well as the price per month. Planning to use the VPS for at least a year.

EDIT: Please also note that, last time I checked, BlueStacks needed a GPU.
