No, we cannot do it monthly. It's a great special for what's available in Sydney. We've been around for more than 3 years. It shouldn't be an issue.
How about quarterly or semi-annually?
No. It is best to take the 512MB, which is a middle ground between the plans. It will be very close in pricing to what you are after anyhow.
For anyone wondering, Cloud Shards has the best domestic connectivity in this price range. You're not going to get it better than the direct connections and all other major providers are on the exchanges.
