[Req] VPS for small File Hosting Script

Looking for a Good VPS for my small file hosting script. Also if possible to be able to have it moved over? I can do it, But the stupid script I use (Xfilesharing) Put the files in hundreds of folders, And I want to move away from my provider but the moving part is what is stopping me.

Requirements:
20GB
Not sure on BW (Its used about 5TB in a 6 month period.
1GB of ram.

My Budget is a bit low for this one, as I`m moving my main stuff over to SYS and that setup fee is going to kill me.

Looking at maybe $5 a month?

    http://ramnode.com/vps.php

grab 1024 MB SVZS? it is $7/mo

If you want to move file, then you would need to get disk image from your current provider. It is usually easier to rsync unless source supports snapshotting and destination supports custom template/disk upload.

Edit: sorry didn't see the RAM the first time I posted, so I thought 512 MB SVZ would be in your budget. But RamNode is great and they have lots of locations (NL in Europe and both east/west coast in U.S.).

If you have a qcow2 disk image from your current provider, though, we (Luna Node) support custom images (you would input a URL to the qcow2 file and panel will download it, and then you can provision VM using the image) and 1024 MB KVM instance with 20 GB disk / 1500 GB bandwidth is $5.18/mo (billed hourly) in Toronto/Montreal. It also comes with various cloud features like snapshots, virtual networks, and detachable volumes (block devices).

Cloud Shards also has 1 GB instance for $4.5/mo in Dallas, the HDD type has enough storage and should have enough traffic.

In that case I don't think there's any way to "have it moved over" without just doing it manually with rsync or something similar, and reconfiguring the web server or whatever software. http://lowendbox.com/blog/top-provider-poll-2014-q3-the-results/ has some good providers you should look at.

    From their terms of service:

RamNode offers a three day refund period for your first payment on your first VPS with us. Bitcoin payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. cPanel and CloudLinux licenses are not eligible for refunds. Refunds must be requested via support ticket in the Client Area after a cancellation request has been submitted.

I can also recommend Crissic.net. I had a vps with them running a small file host.
