1st you have to create the DNS TEMPLATE (e.g. namecheapDNS) on KLOXO using NAMECHEAP primary and secondary DNS information.
Example, Primary will be " dns1.registrar-servers.com" and Secondary will be "
dns2.registrar-servers.com".
After that you have to add the domain under your Kloxo and assign the just created DNS Template (e.g. namecheapDNS) to that domain.
Looked like you want to use your own nameserver. In that case, you have to select & setup Namecheap to transfer to Host option to add those two name server in the list.
First restart Kloxo, then go into the domain tab and find an icon says check DNS beside your domain name. Also check under services in Kloxo that your DNS server is running
Pings ns1.xxxx.com and ns2.xxxx.com
Is the IP correct?
If IP is correct, the problem is in Kloxo DNS Zones; make sure you create the DNS template as innya says.
If the IP is incorrect, go back to registrar and update Nameserver IP, you may have to "register/create nameserver"
Holy crap that was some awsome info guys thank to all of you
Everything was setted fine the problem was the service wasnt started =s really stupid error thats the first thing i should have check before searching for ages
Kloxo's services status can be kinda buggy, it's always good to click refresh a couple of times when your changing the state of a service
