clancoms.com experience
Their site/support system was offline and i found them banned on LET and my server had connection issues. i opened paypal dispute to solve issue or get partial refund.
Once dispute was opended, Clancoms escallated it to Paypal and terminated my server and wiped my data without noticing me (They can do it per the TOS and they doing it). On top i had to pay clancoms $50 penalty for opening PayPal dispute (per their TOS). I felt no interest to solve server issue with me, keep me as a customer or trying to understand me. Good luck if you will use them.

Did you open a ticket prior to opening a dispute?
You could have told them about your concerns and that you don't feel like being their customer anymore.
PayPal dispute is always annoying for sellers.

How long did you wait to open a paypal dispute after the connection issue? How long was their site/support down, that lead you to open a paypal dispute?
I don't like clancoms at all, but if you didn't wait a bit to send them a ticket (client area maybe were off because of a ddos or an issue, you should wait some hours) you shouldn't open a paypal dispute.
But if this time window was over 24 hours, then, you did right asking your money back from PP but you should wait that the account of yours would be terminated.

The ClanComs site is being really slow for me.
Don't pay a single more dime to them.
DO NOT PAY THEM $50 if you did OPEN A FURTHER DISPUTE NOW, report "unauthorised charge"
if paypal do not side with you (very unlikely) contact the bank and after that leave a review of them...
NEVER OPEN A DISPUTE against a provider (unless you reside in the uk) as they will win usually unless it's a "unauthorised charge" claim in which case you will likely win

I dont know why anyone takes risks anymore with providers like this when we have known good providers like DigitalOcean,Vultr,Ramnode and a few others.

this clancoms scam company is super bad.they offer me a 1 year reseller package and after 2 months of services they pull the plug and claim that my accounts spamming.
they could not afford to pay for thier cpanel licence. delete my account without allow me to download my clients data.
stay away from this lowlife people to help you from all the hassle.
Always do your search before going with any provider, instead of complaining here you could have asked for better provider.
the complaints are still useful, it helps us weigh a provider.

I'm saw this Clancoms review on google and I thought I should make an account and give my view on Clancoms.
Last year I used to be a customer of Clancoms, hosting a website with a dedicated server. At first the service was great but issues started to crop up, ticket responses were slow, the customer support (Who I am convinced is the owner) was bad and spoke horrible english. Upon paying for the renewal in January I had several issues later that month. The owner got mad and terminated service after I requested the EPP code for a domain transfer. He ended up using the domain (.com) to link to his personal gaming forums. For whatever reason he stopped that and the domain remains inactive to this day.
Paypal was of no use, denying my claim to the 400 dollars spent for the year.
Yep. That guy has banned due to the way he acted here. Not worth it.

as I am aware of clancoms horrible support as well I tried them when they offered me a free livechat addon for whmcs with the whmcs license and hosting for $5 a month but after a few days of trying to work with them(abet trying to get them to reissue the whmcs license because it was locked to the wrong domain/ip I found out there total dummy's and I quickly took a sql dump from their cpanel and migrated it back to my infrastructure as I can tell you they aren't worth anything I then told the guy 'Terry Howard" that I wanted the service terminated and refunded which he did as he was going to charge $15 extra for a darn vps instead of their cpanel as I don't like cpanel trying to take over my dns etc.
so that is why I got my money back and never tried them since.
as if I wanted a whmcs license with livechat addon I would rather now buy it direct from whmcs.
as their whole service is horrible especially the support of "Terry Howard" he sounds like he isn't a systems administrator but more of a person that shouldn't be running a hosting company.)
note for anyone wondering this was before clancoms got banned on here.
