got the IPv6 subnet, but it's a pity that the rdns of IPv6 can only submit ticket each time when you need this be set, they can't support the reverse dns delegation of IPv6 subnet, if can support this function, we can do this job by ourselves :p

the ticket response is very quickly, and the staff is friendly :)

Just got my server, Unable to get in neither from root nor from additonal user. Going to see if they have something to reset password else will have to do a re-install.

  • File a support ticket for a KVM and see what the ETA is on one ;)

Last time I asked for a KVM hookup about 11 minutes till it was active and ready.

They do have an automated panel to re-install from.

Maybe I should throw Delimiter away. The request for IPv6 has been over 8 days without any response :(

I think its this. Considering the previous guy got a E5430.. Could be wrong thought you can use dmidecode or dmseg maybe give more info.. If you care to know that is.

Yup, might be. Already tried dmidecode as well dmesg. Both of those shows same as cat /proc/cpuinfo.

You made a royal ass of yourself and haven't apologized, I guess your feelings are prideful.

Can I donate $20 so you can review a server?

  • @dacentec, nice offer.

But, more locations please; whether RTO, dedicated, or colo :-)

  • dacentecdacentec Member, Host Rep

IPv6 can be delegated, just open a ticket with support with your NS1 and NS2 and ask to have your block delegated.

Doug, you do sound like you have been wronged. If you want to email [email protected] and ask them to open your account and pop a ticket into sales, if we have screwed up (we do sometimes), we will try to make it right.

We don't do all the things we do like 7 day refunds, cancel anytime, specials are good for new and existing customers and rent to own because we are greedy and evil.

We are hustling to build orders over here. We will post some more great deals when we clear the queue.
