Can Windows Server 2012 R2 allowed to be installed on these KVM VPS?

Actually, I'll be thinking twice before ordering from AlphaRacks again. Everyday there's massive CPU usage spikes and every time I've contacted them about it, he brushes into under the carpet. Maybe if they had proper node monitoring, they'd notice it. I'm on Node1 (if they care).

I would like to give a thumbs down to alpharacks. I paid in full and have yet to receive my services. They closed my tickets and ignored the one asking for a refund. I have a dispute filed on PayPal but those may take forever.
My problem is: I can't rebuild the server. I need to rebuild it since I forgot the root password. I thought, "...mkay, let me just open a ticket and they can sort me out...". I did that and waited. Over 12 hours later there was still no reply. I opened another ticket with a "higher priority" asking them to deal with the first ticket. Still no answer. That is the point I got fed up and filed for a dispute and asked for my refund. I had paid on 4th July 2015 and filed for the refund on 7th July 2015. According to their TOS, I have a 3 day money back guarantee and I quote:

Still no answer. The other tickets have just been closed and answered as if they had not read what I wrote. Doesn't matter. 4 days later, I'm still sitting on my refund request and hoping that at least paypal will decide to my favor.
