Usage upto 30TB. Server allows Unmetered bandwith, beyond 30TB will be charged with 0.17$/GB.

So, to sum up: This is an offer of an expensive dedi for the specs (old and not powerful cpu, plain HDD, just 2GB of ram), with the provider failing in q&a (Can I ping? Yes, we allow commercial advertisements) or lying (unmetered bandwidth wuth... a cap!!!).
So, a FAQ from me:
Q. Are you going to buy? Ans. No, not at all. Your post is a fail!
Q. Would you even consider to buy sometime in the feature? Ans. Again, no, not at all. There are tons of dedis out there with way better and newer cpus, multiplied ram than yours and in much lower price to chose. Reconsider your bussiness

no. it's clearly Limited. if it's unlimited it would be as you said.
Its a mistake, it was confused with VPS. The plan offers Unmetered bandwidth.
