Customer service and support:

By default, technical support is limited to hardware and network issues beyond your control (Known in the industry as “Unmanaged”). Support for problems or issues at or above the operating system level is not provided.

All support (Technical, billing and sales) is provided Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 07:30 and 17:00 (UK), with a guaranteed initial response time of one working day. 24/7/365 network and hardware monitoring is in place, should any out of hours problems arise our technicians will be alerted automatically for immediate response. Out of hours technicians will update clients via our public network blog and not via individual ticket or email.

    Allow me to explain this a little more. 6.25% is the percentage of the entire physical processor you may use constantly, without fear of restriction. All servers do have course have the ability to utilize 100% of the CPU temporarily, if it's available.

    Our hardware nodes host a maximum of 16 VPS and utilize quad core CPU's, so essentially you're receiving a quarter of a core each, but its provided to you across four cores instead of restricting you to one.

    I hope this is a little clearer but feel free to ask if not.
