As @Traffic said, yes we include it with each plan upon request. It is unmanaged, but we will install it for you.
Do you guys follow the same policies of other Wow Technologies companies? (e.g. ServerStadium) E.g. 48 hour ticket response times, service termination after ONE ddos attack, etc?
Any testing IP for ping and traceroute, file download for speed test?
Our abuse procedures are a bit different. We do not terminate immediately for DDoS. We will suspend and if it continues after unsuspecting then we will likely ask you to move off the network at that point.
Our average response time is 30 minutes. If you are getting 48 hours then that should be investigated. If you have a ticket that I can send to management for review, that will be helpful.
But ultimately each brand has its own set of policies.
