Hello!

I'm looking for a VPS with unmetered bandwidth and 15/20 Gb space, RAM 512Mb or 1GB.

Budget: 3 €. Even less if possible.

Location: EU, preferably France.

Ubuntu is available, however it has to be installed after order through SolusVM. Its not currently ideal, but it will be added to the WHMCS order system shortly.

Sadly the VPSs are not UK based, It would be great if we could get them at that pricing but these are all either French or Canadian based at the current time.

OVH Classic 1 is not really getting limited to 1 Mbps after 10 TB. I usually push around 29-30 TB data with it. If you are okay with not-so-good CPU, occasional reboots, nested virtualization and support close to being non existent, you can go with them. €2/m, probably the cheapest you will ever find.
